Each Modular unit shall be…

• Constructed from ½" and 1/8" solid core Birch plywood
• Constructed with necessary internal ribbing to support a minimum of 40 pounds per square foot on all flat surfaces
• Painted with two coats of latex deck epoxy applied in such a way as to provide a slightly textured finish
• Rebet jointed, glue fastened as to eliminate any exposed surfaces or irregular corners

 

Storage Dollies (Castered Carts)

• Each full system contains six storage dollies
• Each dolly shall have four 3" swivel casters
• Each dolly shall be painted safety yellow
• Each dolly shall have a floor plan showing the outline and numerical designation of the modules to be stored.
